Leo and I went to the beach--we've been trying to go once a week and it's going really well. Better than the cleanse that we did this week. Jeff lost 5 pounds and I lost 1. and just now...with 2 more days to go on it...I stuffed a piece of cheese in my mouth and a handful of cookies. I was not going to admit it to Jeff because I want him to stay on it until MOnday so as soon as he came into the kitchen I yelled "I JUST ATE COOKIES AND CHEESE". every one knows i'm bad with secrets...
