I just wanted to say how surprised and touched we were that we got so many well wishes from everyone--and the cards and the gifts---I know this is a lame 'thank you' note via a blog that is completely impersonal and wrong---but I just wanted to give a general WE ARE SO LUCKY shout out to everybody.
